Manifesto

Most of what’s sold as “fitness” today is either aesthetic, elite, or both — reserved for people with the time, money, or genetics to chase it. I don’t think that’s what fitness is for. I think it’s a basic life skill: the ability to stay strong, mobile, and disease-resistant as you age, regardless of your income or your Instagram feed.

This isn’t about a transformation. It’s not a 12-week program. It’s a multi-decade project — strength, financial stability, and community systems built to survive when motivation runs out, because it always does eventually.

The same thinking applies at home. I’m not interested in blind tradition or inherited hierarchy. I want a household built on values that hold up under scrutiny — equality, discipline, emotional safety, and reasoning things through rather than defaulting to how it’s “always been done.”

Long term, this points toward a self-sufficient farm integrated with a functional training space — not as a retreat from the world, but as a working proof that strength, sustainability, and independence can be lived daily, and taught to the next generation who want to build the same thing.

This site is the written record of that build, in real time, including the parts that don’t work yet.
